I had fun putting together Furai Megatron for Christmas. If need be, I'd assemble a Supermax on my own to save production costs.

So much potential for death in 2 years.

    I commute a lot.

On the real 2 years isn't terribly long and it will be sitting on my shelf in a relative blink. But 2 years may see a design quality increase that leaves this behind or Hasbro goes renegade. Really I'm moaning because Fort Max appeals to me for no reason and this has been the most appealing to me and appears it will work nicely with the legend line up.

I just hope that in 2 years it doesn’t come out at the same price as the Kickstarter was aiming for and be a smaller simplified version.

Maybe it’s time to change that outdated sig? It’s just a reminder of the failed attempt..

Mm the text is completely irrelevant to supermax by now and does nothing but serve to confuse other people. I've no idea at all why some still keep the image in their sig.

Anyway if someone wants a textless version here:

He's going to begin active development next year as soon as one of the engineers has the time for him from what I was last told. That's the major reason why rick said 2022 because a project like this requires 2 years by default usually and many toys will easily take 3 especially if they're large.

Not at all abnormal for toys. Saltus took 3 years, Assaultus will be on his third before he's finished, Azalea took almost 4, Carnifex took 4 just like Mors did. Very common stuff.

How much time is left of the active development stage for the Autobot cassette quartet before those can enter production? TIA.

As long as he is released and has a similar look to this version I will be happy. Even if he is made a little smaller I'll still bite. I just need him in my collection.

I’m buzzed to see this is still being made. It’s an awesome design and even though it’s not 100% G1 I’ll be using this as a secret Autobot super weapon in my head canon.

I just need to find somewhere that will cryogenically freeze me until late 2022 now.

God, I feel so bad for bumping this thread 6 months later without any info. My sincerest apologies for doing so. I'm so so sorry, but I must say...

@RVDA @LazyAza You guys are doing God's work with this Fort Max. This is legitimately, no bullshit, the greatest 3P piece I have ever seen. I am legit keeping $200+ reserved for this fucking thing. Legit waiting for the eventual day in which a dump of more info comes out regarding this guy. And hopefully soon after that, a pre-order. Because you guys have already got my money on this.

@RVDA you could make this the only good thing to happen in 2020 by releasing it this year... Preferably, November 4th.

I guess, since it's been bumped, I'll comment as well. Sometimes I just go back and look at the transformation on this thing. Simple and elegant.
    carry on...
