I'm curious if anyone has ever found, or thought about doing here, a reference guide for the Movieverse characters, to make it easier for those of us who want to customize figures to make them as screen accurate as possible.

I have been going through my movie Autobots and Decepticon cars, adding detailing on their alt modes, and found that I spend a lot of time trying to find good photos of their rear sections and sides. It is easy to find shots of their fronts... but a nice clean shot of the car's truck, taillights, and such? A lot harder.

And then there is robot mode... ugh. Some are easy, like Bumblebee. But others, like Jolt, involve looking at his one or two frames in the movie, a bunch of preproduction art, and doing guess work.

So, is there a handy reference guide out there? Or is there any desire to make one here for everyone?

 

It's also really tough to find pics of the tops of tall vehicles, like Optimus and Sentinel...
