Technically yes he is in the case pack box labeled Red Card. But much like T-Wrecks last year he can still be put on store shelves if stores actually get him. My Target actually got Red Cog earlier this week. 2 were put on the shelf but the rest are in the backroom because they don't have a peg number yet. Same with Terrorsaur, Dinobot, and the 4-pack that just came in today. Damn had I actually wanted to I could have broken this news sooner and taken a picture. I'm personally waiting to see if we get a ton of him first before buying him. Just so he can shelf warm and go on clearance. Much like how I got T-Wrecks. And because I feel $32 is a bit too much.
Seems Hasbro is going with unified packaging for Legacy. Bluestreak, Nightprowler, Buzzsaw, and Sandstorm also come in the regular Legacy packaging.
