Hey I recently got some RID predacons, and I like them a lot. :thumb

I'm a fan of beastformers, but I like them with a unique desing, the more bizarre and exotic the better. and if they have chrome or iredisent paint it would be cool.

So who you can recommended? that are not too expensive, and I'm not a big fan of bugs they are very few that I like.

Hands down, transmetal optimus and transmetal megatron from the beastwars era. If possible, go w/ the japanese version of megatron. Some of the US versions have plastic gold syndrome.

Polar Claw. Doesn't get more bizarre than a polar bear that fires his leg as a bat.

You need Beast Wars Neo Heinrad. He's a triple changing Tanuki. One mode is a quite nice looking and highly articulated robot, one mode is a 'realistic' tanuki (a real animal that looks similar to a raccoon), and the third mode is a mythical tanuki, which is an anthropomorphic animal in Japanese folklore that stands on two legs, represents luck & gluttony & sex and has enormous testicles. The Heinrad toy actually has testicles. And they're articulated.

If that's not bizarre enough, he's also got a working clock in his tummy and comes with a sake bottle and food take-out box that combine to form a gun.

He's pretty much the greatest toy ever made. :D

*note that TFU doesn't show his 'real life' tanuki mode, which is on all fours.

Transmetal 2 Prowl is one of my personal favorites. Rampage and Depth Charge are solid winners too

You want weird lookin ones, huh? Try Rartorata. A bee with a lionfish head. Or Universe Silverbolt, who's a purple cross between a wolf and eagle.

Battle Unicorn is cool, but doesn't fit your criteria all that much, he's a horse with a horn, not too weird. He's got transluscent plastic and chrome, though, and looks shinier than he actually is.

Cybertron Undermine/Repugnus is a mini raptor like thing with a big fin on his back... bot mode is pretty weird.

If you want something like what you're asking for, check out Break from Beast Wars Neo. Other than being a menacing penguin in beast mode, for his attack mode, he lays on his stomach and fire projectiles from his rear end.

I love sky lynx as well. It doesn't fit the criteria of not being expensive, but some of the Japanese exclusive G1 figures are great beast-formers,

    such as Deathsaurus/Deszaras http://www.cobraislandtoys.com/tf/1989/deszaras.html

    and victory leo http://www.tfu.info/1989/Cybertron/VictoryLeo/victoryleo.htm

The downside is they're very expensive (over $200 each). But it is better to be aware of them, than to not be!

RiD Bruticus is one of my favorite figures. Obscure, but quirky and lots of play.

Rampage's Alt Mode is quite astounding. Just a Gigantic Crab, with lots of weapons.

Inferno from BW is really cool, the most out of scale Transformer outside of Deluxe wheelie I've ever seen. (Not in terms of the show, but the Alt mode)

I'd also reccomend this one I can't remember the name of, but it was a Praying Mantis who ended up having Disc Shooting hands or, well big Sceyths*(Sp??) for hands. Really graceful figure.
