    Thanks for the suggestions everybody. I picked up a cheap HP TouchPad and was planning on reading some Manga on it, and now I have a good list to choose from!

    The only thing I'd suggest adding to your list is Negima. Sure it's fanservicey at times, but it has some good story telling with great fights going on.

    Back to revive this thread guys,

    Satsuma Gishiden has this clean looking crisp art, however its a dark horse manga right? For all my knowledge in chinese, I can never find the chinese name for Lone Wolf and Cub, and I can't find the chinese name for this manga, does it exist in chinese? If anyone can help me out with this, I will be most thankful.

    I have decided to get Pluto, Azumanga Daioh and Bukurano : Ours from the stuff you guys rec.

    For the rest who suggested other titles, I have Death Note and Kenshin (Its called Samurai X here), for those who are into horror, do try out Higanjima
