Let’s talk ReBoot, shall we? ReBoot was a Computer Generated TV Show. In my opinion, one was the greatest things to come out of the nineties like Beast Wars.

Just started watching this for the first time yesterday. I’m ten episodes in and really enjoying it.

I'm always surprised on how great Reboot looks, being how old it is. It really does look great. What an era that was. Back when animated studios actually did the majority of their own work, instead of outsourcing it.

It's brightly colored, and highly stylized. It's very pretty, even 25+ years later. Where as anything that tried to be 'realistic' at that time typically looks like the place nightmares come from.

Well it was done by the same animation studio that gave us Beast Wars/Beast Machines.

Yes, and this was done before those shows. Important thing to remember. This is a show that's the first of it's kind. Although, it's not the first CGI cartoon, it is the first to be popular. Without this show, BW/BM would not exist. And, quite frankly, it looks better than those shows do now.

Oh yeah. I should really go back and finish this show. I made it to season 3.

Aw shit son, this show was my jam when I was a wee lass.

Despite it's dated animation it's still a pretty good watch. If you like Beast Wars I'd highly recommend giving it a shot. Tony Jay's Megabyte really makes me wish he was able to voice a Transformers character before passing.

The show also has this villain called Hexadecimal and she's both super awesome and utterly terrifying.

I think the dated look adds character. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

It is kinda ugly now as it was then, I still remember being entertained by it.
