I honestly have no issue with that. It's nice for flawed, but creative, ideas to get a second chance.
You know ten or so years ago I'd have said that was a pipe dream. However, with him being told that more Wolverine is gonna damage him and the significant gains in prestige in limited series made for streaming and cable, couple with the regular pay.....Jackman's involvement is not outside the realm of possibility. So hey, cross those fingers if this project gets off the ground.
Absolutely loved this movie when it came out, but yes I would have to agree that it would be a stretch to bring back interest. Definitely possible, but there would be a lot of hurdles to overcome especially since they have periodically been trying to get a sequel made for years but couldn't get it going. If done right, and they focus a bit more on the actual fighting, I think this could be a pretty good series, but that really depends on what actors they get and how much action it has.
Hopefully it works out. But if it doesn't, they can always get the rights to do a live-action "G-Gundam" series instead for our fighting robot needs.
