I took my animated prowl and dismantled him, then used all the good parts on samurai prowl. I gave samurai prowl the prowl arms with the tan hands I replaced the crappy head with the better one and made space in the helmet for it. I also painted the ninja stars to match the non-folding ones, so he can hold ninja stars and not have empty spaces on his legs

Awesome! The only thing you missed is the 2 different color lights that sit on his arms.. add that and you've got the best of everything! I love how the head fits in the armor.. was it hard to make that extra space?

How'd you get the blade on the other hand?

the blade pops right off the wheel and you can stick it under his arm armor

i threw away all the old prowl parts so I'm going to paint the lights that are on him now. just sanded down the first coat of paint a few minutes ago

I may have to find a standard prowl.. the improvements are awesome here..

 

I love that you got the regular head into the helmet. So many people do this and leave the pin-head on and he just looks daffy.  

But I must wonder: why did you paint the ninja stars like that instead of leaving them accurate and painting the sculpted rims instead?

 

I liked the black grey and gold color scheme better
