Hey everyone. It seems like Jaguar is hard to find right now and the only way any of us will probably see one is if a re-issue occurs.

After contact with MMC, they don't have plans on a re-issue unless there is a high enough demand for the figure. They said it didn't sell well the first time around.

I'm just curious to know how many are out there would be interested in a re-issue?

Please share your thoughts.

Also, if he DIDN'T sell well...then why did they make the other cassette bots, hmmmmm?

 

They sold out after all of the other cassettes came out because people wanted to finish the set. Apparently it didn't fly off the shelf when first released.

 

I seem to remember him selling out within hours of going up at PSX.


Also, wasn't he already re-issued once before?

 

I would like to see a stripes repaint.

Huh....weird.

 

It was sold initially at promo price of $50 shipped (or something like that) for 1st batch and then once promo was over was sold at $60 plus shipping second batch. So you probably thought 2nd batch at $60 plus shipping was a second run but technically just second batch of 1st and only run.
I bought 1 at first batch. When I received it I like it so much I bought another 1 of second batch. First batch sold out pretty fast (probably limited due to low price). Second batch was still available for 2 years until a week or 2 ago when it finally sold out.

I dont know if my end game is going to go the way I had hoped but its only day 1. I'm hoping if enough people are interested in a re-issue, I can go back to MMC and see what they say. Time will tell.

I know that since Frenzy and Rumble came out, everyone's been trying to go back and complete the set. Haha. But are there enough of us out there who are in need?

 

I wasn't planning to get Jaguar until I saw how good Riot and Furor turned out. Luckily PSX still had it in stock when I ordered it.

 

I'm in at $50 if they reissue again.

 

I was lucky enough to snatch one of these off ebay right before they dried up. There's definitely a demand, but is there enough of one to convince them to reissue? Hard to say for sure.

 

Glad I got one when I did then. This guy looks amazing with MP Soundwave.

 

I hope they drop Ratbat and Blaster's cassettes before getting sidetracked with repaints of Jaguar.
