Thinking of this myself, I was thinking, what if when it appears that they've killed Ratchet, when in reality they kidnapped him, and are using him to help build their own Transformers.

With the Threat that they will kill say Sideswipe, Dino or somebody, or maybe they will even let Optimus live if he helps only once they are done with him they will just kill them all.

 

It doesn't look good for Ratchet. The voice overs in the trailer kind of imply that humans have killed at least one Autobot. Guess we will find out soon.

 

I just had a crazy/morbid thought.

What if after Ratchet is killed, we see his body being transported for research, and the dismemberment of it as it's studied? I think there could be something very uneasy about seeing that...if done right.

 

Yeah I'm kind of sick of this I want to see human blood coming out from Optimus pipes fuck all these Disney transformers we are getting from the last trilogy

 

He's going to die. That's it, there seems to be no way that he could survive the scene on the boat.

 

who would have thought while watching TF1 that the humans would eventually turn on the autobots...pretty drastic..didn't see it comin'..i like it

 

Ratchet's parts get used to make Galvatron along with Megatron's parts.

In the end we get a Marvel comics homage when they both "awaken" in terrible agony.

 

I've twistedly wanted to do a parody of that with MLP:FIM, where Twilight Sparkle and Trixie get 'fused.' That's some nightmare fuel right there.

 

Him and Megatron get fused together like in that G1 comic. Done.

 

Ratchet being kidnapped to build Transformers (or maybe they just take his head and spark and rip the information from those a'la Optimus having the Creation Matrix sucked out of his head in the early Marvel comics) would be a nice similarity to Megatron kidnapping Ratchet to build Pretender Starscream for him. Then, just like in that comic story where Ratchet implants a secret code to restore Starcream's real personality rather than the controllable one Megatron wanted, movie Ratchet could implant a code that brings all the human-built TF drones under Autobot control for the final battle.

Never going to happen, but could've been a nice twist and given Ratchet a final moment where his medical skills are at last properly paid off.

Although I like the merged Megatron and Ratchet comic nod idea too. Ratchet could end up taking over Galvatron.

 

I'm thinking he gets captured too, if he were to die why would they spoil that and show so much of it in the trailer and commercials, but i do think we will see sideswipe die and possibly Dino

 

I also suspect Ratchet is captured. The humans know, being a Medic, he would know how to piece together robots. I also seem to recall a spoiler or rumor saying that there are other Transformers at KSI. Some badly damaged or in disrepair and others dead. My guess is that if that's true, there may be some living previous Bayformer Bots still alive but captive.

 

Ratchet might become the Bayverse equivalent of Prime Breakdown.

I kind of want to see him come back wrong now.

 

If that happens and in the end Ratchet tunrs out agreeing with the Cons and going off I think we'll all be going

"Did Bay just rip off Beast Machines 0-O "

 

Were thse the same guys that siad that Hound. Galvatronm, Lockdown and the DInjobots were gonna be in the movie?

 

Optimus (to human-made Transformer): "Give me your face. Because it belongs to a friend of mine."

They could collect up all the Ratchet bits and put him back together.

I smell a relic hunt!  

Ratchet: "You left a piece out."

 

The way the trailers are addressing Ratchet, it's more than likely he's getting killed. I'm sure they'll study his body to help their ends to make their own Transformers. But I also doubt Ratchet's death will specifically be addressed by anyone. Besides, it's not like KSI will force Ratchet into a dress and put him to work, Spongebob style.
