    just had me a very odd thought while watching that 80's movie the breakfast club


    is it just me or does Richard dick Vernon's character from the breakfast club look a bit like eric Raymond from jem and the holograms?

    the guy certainly has the asshole attitude down cold for the role

    I caught this movie on HBO the other day, tried to imagine what happened to these characters in the past 30 years, and ended up sad that John Hughes is dead.

    Also, I saw a cast photo online of them in costume on set but definitely out of character. It was weird to see the Breakfast Club so angst-free. They all looked so... happy.

    I did this with Saved by the Bell. I just used later roles the actors played. Slater became a doctor, Kelly married an FBI white collar crimes agent(White Collar), Zack became a lawyer(Franklin and Bash), Jessie became a stripper (Showgirls), Screech just became a creep (real life)...
