We were introduced to the Rainmakers in G1 episode "Divide and Conquer", when a group of Autobots went to Cybertron to get a piece Ratchet and Wheeljack needed to revive Optimus, I believe it's called Cosmotron. We saw three Rainmakers, and one of them was Acidstorm, but does anybody knows who's the other 2? Or their names remain unknown?

They're unnamed, which is a shame... they have the potential for some awesome names. Like Monsoon.

Another obscure faction that could get some history!

    YouTube (Custom URL):
No, the other two are unnamed. Which I feel is a shame, because it'd be cool to know another seeker trio in addition to the classic one. (And the coneheads.) I like Decepticon groups.

Starscream apparently has two computer jockeys named Bitstream and Hotlink. I don't think there's a third member, but they're the engineers of the group.

Are you saying that because of Bumblebee's line? Was he referring to one of them by name? I always assumed that he was just stating that they were caught in an acid storm.

I'm hoping Hasbro eventually says that the yellow one is G2 Sandstorm. It'd drag Sandstorm out of the shadows of obscurity and provide some nice consistency, with members of The Rainmakers all having "Storm" in their names.

No official names for the other two but it would be nice to expand on them. Maybe IDW can help?

If the Seacons are showing up in the MTMTE issue, anything is possible.

I suppose it couldn't hurt if Hasbro named them and released toy for them using the classic seeker mold. It'd be even cooler if they retooled the mold so it has elbow/bicep swivel

Wait, I always thought Sun Storm was the yellow Rainmaker? If not, then would the four groups of Seekers be the classic trio, the coneheads, the Rainmakers (Acid Storm and two others) and then some other trio of Sun Storm, Bitstream, and Hotlink?

Don't know about the raimmakers. But BitStream and Hotlink are names add to some seekers from the first episode.

There's actually a fourth member to Sunstorm's squadron, who is also unnamed. Has a nice dark gray & midnight blue color scheme.

Huh, well there you go. Just got knowledge dropped, it seems!

Wow, didn't realize that. A lot of things I don't remember about the G1 cartoon since I didn't grow up with it/it wasn't on TV for me. That sounds pretty awesome though, I'd love a Seeker like that.

So, we're waiting on THREE unnamed Seekers to get names then? Two Rainmakers and Sunstorm's wild extra?
