Sideswipe Function: Warrior "This ain't a scene, it's a g--damn arms race" At Prowl's command, all Autobots were required to make heavy weapon upgrades, to prepare for an offensive strike on the Decepticons. Sideswipe needed little convincing, he was a warrior, and he agreed with Prowl's directive. Many other Autobots did not, however, and left under the leadership of Inferno. Prowl quickly branded this offshoot faction traitors, which included Sideswipe's brother, Sunstreaker. This is part 2 in my Robots at War series, which really could go on forever for me. The dual blades are a nod to the new movie Sideswipe.
Hm. I like the idea for your storyline - it reminds me of a story from early in the UKG1 comics run where Prowl and some other Autobots wanted Prime to use the Matrix to make an army of super-powerful Autobot warriors that could wipe out the Decepticons once and for all. Jazz was the leader of the other faction, who argued that such an action would be irresponsible and against Autobot ideals (Optimus agreed, obviously). IIRC, Prowl's group included Mirage, Jazz's included Bumblebee, Hound, and maybe Gears. The story was Crisis of Command! if you're curious.

VERY nice! I'm anxious to see what else you've got planned. Always been a fan of "what if" scenarios like that. I think the motto is fine. There's tons of examples of Autobots attempting to grab on to Earth's pop-culture and that sounds like a song Sideswipe's personality would gravitate towards; edgy, but in kind of a generic way.
Looks good. You could almost make him a Warpath, but Sideswipe works just as well with the backgroud you have given.
He turned out really good. Love the paint job, and the whole r.a.w. story. I agree you should keep this going.
Hey thanks for the comments. I agree the Fallout Boy motto is kinda silly. I was playing Rock Band and that song sorta summed up where this story is going. Up next: Ratchet.
