What does this have to do with anything? Only PST people are working at 12 Eastern? What kind of work are you doing that you can’t open your phone browser for 5 minutes max during a 3 or so hour window?

Oh look. Another person disregardimg a completely legitimate reason somebody couldn't pre-order. Seems to be contagious here.

Was That Guy enough to contact Hasbro Pulse and asked if they had a general idea of when items would ship. Quoth the guy I talked to, if it was in-stock (read: unless it was a Pre-Order) the item should ship within the week.

The countdown begins.

Im PST too but I was able to get mine even at work, and I'm in production not service.

Honestly what else could Hasbro have done? The other alternative would've been pre-pandemic where the only way to get one was to be physically at the con and MAYBE there'd be some left after the con for online vultures to fight over.

They let us know way in advance for this. I know it's not what you wanna hear but as someone who's missed out on countless of convention exclusives because I just couldn't go and I didn't wanna pay the aftermarket prices, I'm just psyched to actually have a chance at what I wanted.

 

Not in any way to be callous (I was furious when they had the 9:01 initial false sellout) but we've known for weeks when these would go up, and Pulse/Hasbro Toy Shop almost ALWAYS sells out quickly of these type of exclusives (as these were probably SDCC exclusives originally).

I really sympathize with anyone who didn't get what they wanted (like my stupid Dirge/Ramjet set that Amazon just decided not to deliver after it was out for delivery  ), but in this case, these type of convention exclusives are ALWAYS a "you snooze, you lose" scenario.

They had a solid shop experience set up and a limit of 1 per customer. Not sure what else they could have done.

as it has already been stated you can preorder but actual checkout will tell you out of stock.

You'd think they'd just open preorders for like a week.. then make the many, plus a few extras? win/win?

 

Not in construction but also at work. I know the bummer feeling missing out of the order window(not HbPulse but another toyline.........DX Chogokin) , especially when the server conks out and you are already at the choosing shipping method and the item gets sold out in just a minute.  

 

I wish this idea was common. All we are trying to do is give them our money and the manufacturer has a good idea of batch size to make. We don't even need it on the specific release date. If it takes longer because you have to make more fine at least I know I'm getting it.

Try direct link. Transformers Generations War for Cybertron Trilogy Quintesson Pit of J – Hasbro Pulse. I was able to add one to cart but removed it. It showed sold out on main page but not on pulse exclusives link PulseCon Exclusives – Hasbro Pulse. I removed it because I got one earlier.
