very cool! i agree on the bouncing thing when the car hits the ground...can i give a little advice? add one or tow more frames in the jump, flex his limbs or open his arms, don´t know..play whit the idea if u like . cool!!!! greetings from Mexico!
problem with adding more frames is that you then get this moon gravity feel. Also you've got to take into account the limits of the design when it comes to the arms moving out. Sure they can a little but too much and it looks like they have broken off. Unless your talking about the original .Gif in that case most of those points have been covered. Any ways too late now to add more.
compression hasnt helped but this is with the base colours and some shadows and hightlights on the first frame
last one before I add the background and find a way of improving the compression (I've found a few tips online using after effects long story short I need to use something else that wont butcher the quality)
After Effects shouldn't be butchering your quality. Click Custom and export as a H.264 at 50 fps and the file should be pretty small.
just need to upload a better quality movie tomorrow but other wise im happy with it. now I just need a massive bag of money to make a short rather then only spending 30 mins at a time on it.
My only complaint is that it's an Earth mode vehicle as opposed to Cybertronian. But this is so freakin awesome.
I've seriously sat here for like 5 minutes just trying to catch all the little details. What is it about loose sketch lines that's so appealing?
Flash for swerve and photoshop for the background. Oh I did put it on youtube a few weeks back https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnM6FevYBK0
