The mask makes him look like the Amelia Earhart of Transformers lol. He looks kind of cool. I may or may not pick him up. Depends on the feel I get when I see him in person.

^Yeah, Im in the same boat too..:(
I absolutely love the WWII fighter Duel-Engine Plane mode, and the "pea-soup" green used is pretty snazzy...details are great...

BUT, that's where this ends...the robot mode with most air-craft/ helicopter bots is just a let-down, IMHO.

    It's a 50-50 purchase for me.

I was fairly iffy about buying him when close up pics started surfacing, but this review more or less sealed his fate for me.

This guy is freakin awesome. Wonky arms aside, he manages to go from a fairly decent looking WWII bomber to a rather kick ass looking robot with more then enough firepower to take care of business. I actually like his normal head, but the flip down flight-goggle mask is just too cool. Him, Ransack, Hubcap and, when I get one, movie Jetfire are certainly gonna be spending a lot of time together. Here's hoping TF3 gives us more of these Seekers.

I gotta say, I'm not digging the paint on this toy. I think they could have done alot better. As for the Autbot decepticon debate. I'm going for decepticon because he has a very seeker head.

His stubby wings aren't even to get him to fit in the packaging :( .

(third party wing extensions, please :D  )

I have been wanting to make my own Autobot "air force" for awhile now to go with Stratosphere (STILL one of my favorite voyager class figures). Breakaway is good and all, but well, he isn't the best deluxe out there. Thrust is cool, too, but he is a Decepticon. Blazemaster isn't too bad but is kinda floppy. When I saw Terradive, I thought he would be a cool-as-hell Autobot with some Reprolabels.

But, once I saw Highbrow I want to get him now! He is such a cool looking figure and can't wait to get him or Tomahawk.

Got mine today. Highbrow is excellent; I love his old-school alt. mode and his robot mode is great. Only minor issue I have with him is the odd forearm/hand deal, but aside from that, he's awesome. I especially like how the cockpit transforms into a rocket engine on his back in robot mode. And the aviator goggles are a neat touch, of course. I wouldn't say he's my favorite Voyager, as that title belongs to Bludgeon, but he's in my top 5.

If you make a video review, you can post your own thread in the Video Reviews section. Otherwise, it's one feedback thread per figure.

I was thinking, why not one thread per figure for all the videos as well? Would be less confusing and people would know where to go right away to see toy X in action instead of having to go through several threads. And nothing would stop a user to find his favorite reviewer (and others he might have never considered until then) within that one thread.

The only reason for the merged text feedback threads is because of the clutter. We don't need 50 threads on the same topic.

Video feedback is different. There's maybe 5 on the same topic, at most, and most of the threads don't stay active enough to warrant much of an organized structure.

The video reviews used to be in this forum too, subject to the same rules, but when people doing video reviews instead of photo/text reviews became prevalent, some of us griped that a paragraph and some photos are much easier to handle than five to ten minutes of video, and the video reviews forum was split off to encourage the return to photos and text.

For some reason I didn't realise he was a Voyager. Now I'm looking forward to him even more. Thanks for the review, man!
