I know I know, this question is probably asked hundreds and hundreds of times but, Are skids and mudflap going to be released on this date? Lmk, thanks

Nope.
Skids isn't part of Wave 1.
Wave 1 consists of Sideswipe, Sideways, Preview Bumblebee, Breakaway, Rampage. Skids is part of Wave 2, which is scheduled for the latter half of June to cash in on the movie's release. Wave 3/4 hit in July/August.

But a lot of stores have received Wave 2 product already as evidenced by the sighting of Skids at a Wal-Mart on the west coast.
