Question regarding blocked users.

    I've noticed some users I've placed on 'ignore' still have the ability to follow me. It's not a huge deal since if your settings are a certain way it means nothing, I was just wondering if that was something that could be fixed or not.

    That's the way the system works, blocking is you controlling what you see. It isn't designed to change what others settings are. So no change anytime soon there, sorry.
