Question on cancelling Preorder at BBTS

    Hey,

    Have a quesiton. If I have a preorder that came in and want to cancel does BBTS charge a fee?

    I didn't think they did but I'm not sure if they do or not.

    I'm asking because I preordered Ratchet & Ironhide but got them as a gift. So obviously would like to cancel them.

    You won't be charged, but... you'll get store credit rather than a refund if you've already paid for the items.

    BBTS doesn't charge you until the item has shipped. You can cancel any preorder no problem.

    If it hasn't came in yet, just change the qty. to 0 and you're done. If you paid for it, as said before, you'll get store credit.
