Just wondering if anyone here got a good look at MP Skywarp ( Walmart exclusive ), if so, were the stripes on his wings stickers or paint aps. I know the original MP had stickers, so I'm hoping they are paint aps.
I know this particular piece of Info might had been lost in the chaos at the convention, but wanted to throw this one in in case anyone remembered.

Holy crap i gotta get that! I went on saturday but i dont remember seeing that. Well i guess ill open this and keep my Takara MP Skywarp sealed.

 

Paint apps I should imagine, just like the G1 Starscream.

I'm gonna wait for this instead of buying the Takara version, do you think they'll do the same with Thundercracker?

Can't wait for him, he's just been upgraded to # 2 (behind the TRU Insecticons) on my must have list. Too bad it's coming out in November  

 

looks like stickers to me dude. You can see the creases on the stripes.

 

So, how Big is this thing? I have yet to get anything Universe/Classics or Henkei, but I might start.

and WM-MP Skywarp is awesome news, I was just about to shell out for the Takara version.

 

Yeah they do look like paint, those creases are the recessed panels were the paint goes into, also what megatron10824 said kind of confirms it.
it wouldn't make any sense for them to make stickers seeing how the other Walmart exclusive had none.

 

Seems like a pretty sweet deal. I'm slightly new to the collecting game, so I've never seen a Masterpiece in person. I've also been fond of strangely, the Seeker repaints more than Starscream himself. How much will Skywarp retail for?

 

Hasbro did say that like the Starscream release, they would be making some modifications in the deco to make it closer to the Generation 1 original than the slightly more realistic Takara version. Take that as you will, but I would imagine they mean paint apps not stickers for the stripes.

While I was there, I did not look all that closely at that one. Masterpiece Seekers don't interest me as much as some of the others.

 

The one that had at Botcon said that it'd retail for $59.99 and it would be available 11/01/2009

 

that skywarp looks hand-painted to me. black plastic typically isnt that glossy.
