I saw an interesting ebay auction showing pics of a 20th prime opening his chest and having a removeable matrix.

Is this common for the toy or was it a custom job.

If it was standard was it in the 20th and Dvd version (not sure of the difference)

as you can tell...I dont know much about this guy. But from what i have seen he is a must buy for loose display!

On that note, if anyone is looking to move one and can do better than ebay please PM!

    Thanks

Every version of the mold has a removable matrix.

Also, if you can try to get a hold of the first edition 20th Prime or even better a Takara Masterpiece Convoy, the both have chrome grills and smokestacks instead of silver paint.

The Takara version and the original 20th Prime are nearly identical except the Hasbro 20th Prime has painted on "battle damage" and shortened smokestacks (which can be replaced with reproduction long stacks).

And yes, this mold is a must for any collection.

    Ebay:
ya i just got the first 20th prime, looks way better then the dvd version. i cant really afford the takara one, but this is one to get on a budget for a masterpiece. good deal i got him too cuz it had long smokestacks already. try to avoid the dvd version XP

Where is everyone getting their long stacks from? A3U? I'm in the market for a set myself and would like to get the best ones available.

The "sailormoon2000hk" (or something) guy? Yeah, I bought a set from him almost a year ago, and never got them. He would not send out a replacement or give me a refund, so that option's no good. Thanks though.
