A little late on this bus route, but here's a work in progress I want to share. It started as a simple head commission but with me there is nothing simple. I plan on an upgrade kit for the TFCC version of him. A new head to replace his embarrassingly small one, a set of double-sided fists that do not need rotating or swapping and possibly a transforming rifle / bouble barrel blaster. The Jet-ski accessory is just for this one, that will go on ebay shortly, to induce that broad shoulder look of Counterpunch.

Keep in mind there's already an upgraded head and reversible thumb fists on shapeways, it's what I used on mine.

However, my paint skills suck and it could look better - if yours comes painted I may bite, the gun sounds interesting as well. Price is important as always.

Haha, thanks. Just what this guy was missing.

I did not know that. I'll have to check it out. But the way I look at it there's nothing wrong with variety! Mine will come cast in color AND as a bonus, a removable mouthplate for the Punch side so you can choose which look you like best.

The helmet will indeed swivel sir!

I don't use shapeways and I probably never will. Nothing against them specifically, I just grew up with pencils. I'm old lol. Plus, the whole reason I do this sort of thing is because i love to sit there and make these things myself.

You just keep making the kits people want. The double hand idea looks well executed, I look foward to more pics of your progress.

Your fists look pretty solid. I've read mixed reviews about stuff from shapeways. Love the jetski for the other botmode. It just completes it somehow.

I ask the same question I asked everyone else who has tried their hand at an 'upgrade kit' to the TCC CP: How do you get the old head OFF?

It's worth mentioning again that I love this.

    A lot.

I haven't done it to mine, but examining the parts in one of my K/O kits, it appears that the tilty-visor part should be able to pop-off, and then the two face/head-halves are glued together at three posts. Which means it's probably going to be a PITA, especially if you don't want to damage the original head.

    No..
Its a ball jointed head. Grasp and pull. It will pop right off. No dissassembly required. It is not one of the hftd type ball joints where the bottom is encased by part of the socket.
    Just pull it straight off.
