He's gonna look sharp with UW Ruination. May actually get him for that reason alone.

Was a KayBee toys exclusive back in the tail end of Rid2001 along with figures like Destructicon Bludgeon (yellow Hero Megatron) and Megabolt (green Megatron Megabolt). Always wanted it because I couldn't get the larger Scourge but never got one.

I'll be getting the Scourge/Black Convoy repaint of Laser Prime to use as my Earth mode Nemesis Prime, he pretty much is the prototype for Nemesis, and it'll set him apart from G1 Prime in a similar manner as in Rid01.

I have to wonder: Drag Strip looks like a boss, and I have no creative control whatsoever, but why didn't we get him like this in Combiner Wars? Just askin'...

Do you mean "who"? Other than the mold's direct repaint in Destructicon Scourge (and the unreleased G2 redeco), Energon Rodimus also has a similar leg transformation.

My guess was because in CW they had to design one that becomes a leg and an armsand has to be able to interact with any of the voyager torsos whereas this one seems to be designed to be a specific part of Menasor.

What are you talking about? The Power Ranger fandom, including the Admin of TFW's sister site, are making a *ton* of noise about the NFT Megazord gimmick.

Just like the fans of several Hasbro properties blew up over the intial suggestion they were going to do NFTs. Including here.

Because CW was more IDW based which itself was reimaginings of G1 designs.

Nevertheless, I've had it with these "tune in every 2 weeks to see 2-4 figures deals." Can we do quarterly at least? No one likes having to tune in at a certain time every couple weeks and rush to get their order in before they sell out. How long do they think people are going to put up with that?

Have the people who have Hasbro's ear, IE, the "influencers" said anything though? Notice I also mentioned the eco-packaging. Why does only TF get eco-packaging?

At first I hated it but now I don’t mind how they are doing the release of the black and gold megazord.

Because some people with more money than sense buy them. Then the initiator gets another cut every time said NFT gets re-sold. It's like selling magic beans for the originator.

I remember finding that Megatron Megabolt (the purple one). Those were the good old days when it was relatively easy to pick up exclusives.

Btw, all you guys who said "I think Hasbro has realized there's like 1000 G I Joe fans tops" last night are eating crow today. They knocked the Classified reveals out of the park, revealing 7 awesome new figures. They also revealed a new 3.75" SE/SS O-Ring 2 pack and a Haslab Skystriker. I love that they're doing O-Ring figures again, but I think $40 for 2 3.75" figures and $229 for a Skystriker is well-overpriced. Nonetheless, Hasbro must think there's more than 1000 Joe fans since the Skystriker has a 10,000 order minimum and stretch goals up to 18,000.

The admin of Tokunation/PWRRNGR isn't an "influencer?"

    FB_IMG_1635049563662.jpg

They don't send press kits to just anybody.

It's clear you aren't familiar with the PR fandom and have no interest in fixing that problem. I don't have time for arguments made in the absence of good faith.

Obviously there’s more than 1000 fans based on backing numbers. But how big is that? It doesn’t look like it’s too much bigger than Victory Saber’s combined jet modes which could also transform and was $50 cheaper. I don’t collect GI Joe but this does not seem worth it to me.

Marvel fans were saying the same thing about Unicron and Saber.

Because if you don't collect it, you don't have that context.

    Who?

Kind of off topic but during the Transformers panel, they mentioned that the Transformers Devastation OST was being rereleased, does anyone have the preload links for the OST by chance?
