    As was mentioned, the exclusives will likely get restocked. There was a set stock available to Premium, then later that day (or the next day, can’t remember) the rest of that stock was available to nonpremium and then another stock was added once that went out at a later time. How they did it last year was fine. I don’t remember there being any major issues.

    Weren't they only revealed early to coincide with the movie's anniversary/rerelease?

    The only issue that happened last year was delayed shipping due to the volume of orders, it took a month for them to ship my pit of judgement but they charged me immediately, and they cut off all avenues of contacting customer support during that time as well.

    Shipping isn’t gonna get any easier due to all the bottleneck issues though.

    I only had one bad shipping experience with Hasbro Pulse and that was my most recent order.

    Yep, but honestly my bigger issue was them turning off the customer service chat and not answering the phone. I can deal with delays as long as I know whats going on.

    Did they not even send out emails? You'd think they'd have at least sent a generic email to everyone saying that do to high order volume shipments may take longer than normal to be fulfilled. Odd if they didn't. Seems like internet business 101 right there.

    They turned off chat and phone support quite often fall of last year too. I had several packages lost by fedex. I had to: Go to pulse twitter let them know what was going on. They messaged me back to call them at a certain time with a ticket number, I just called the normal number but it did work. They resolved everything. Every time I have gotten through they have always fixed things (almost always shipper fault and not hasbros) but I do have to work to reach someone though.

    That's great that you were able to resolve any issues, but kind of annoying that you had to go to the extra step of messaging them on social media to start the conversation. I mean, I don't have a Twitter account so that would be kind of shitty for me to have to deal with.

    I ended up going through the Hasbro Consumer Care website to get ahold of them and stressed that no matter how swamped Pulse was with orders, turning off communication with customers is incredibly unprofessional

    email alerts for in stock items show up 10 minutes AFTER the order page is live
