He's a really nice guy. He actually responded to my comment on Youtube during the table read and it was nice to have some recognition from someone behind the scenes. And humble, too. I'd like to see him have more success in the future.
If you\'re reading this I want you to know, both you and megatron were the best parts of both prime wars trilogy, and wfc trilogy. You\'re an incredible starscream voice
Him and Welker were my favorite part of the table read. The way they'd make faces at each other was amazing. Best classic Starscream in years.
I still can’t get over the fact that he wears the Decepticon pins on his suit upside-down, it’s such a cool reference imo lol
He and Welker were awesome during the table read. Todaro should absolutely continue to play G1 Starscream, Wheeljack, and Reflector. I would love for them to reboot G1 with improved storyline, modern animation, and bring in as many on the originals and quality replacements where needed. They tried to do it with War for Cybertron trilogy, but that show was plagued by heartless acting and bad animation.
Loved his table read, him and Welker playing off each other was great. By far the best Starscream I've heard so far.
It be great if they used him in Transformers One. Steve Buscemi is going to be great, but this whole big names in animation takes away from some really talented actors that aren’t A listers.
At the end of the day, I don’t really care if their celebs or not, I just care if they’re good at voicing their character (and I have a feeling Steve will be good) However, it would be awesome to see Frank voice a live-action Screamer
I’ll grant you that, But at the same time, the robots were such tertiary characters that they probably wouldn’t want to “waste star power”
And the star power they did get in each movie just gets swept under the rug since Paramount likes to pretend the robots voices simply manifest from the ether. Still makes me wonder to this day if that would be different if the 2007 movie got a celebrity for Optimus as initially planned
I mean, Leonard Nimoy as Sentinel wasn't entirely ignored. Seem to recall a bit more emphasis on the aoe cast, Goodman and watanabe especially. Broadly they didn't get many "big names" with the star power to even market
