I pre-ordered Tracks in case he got too popular; it has a proper flight mode! The others I was thinking of such as Scorpinox and Wing Finger seem like they will be easy to get. May even drop in price.

Smith had a character in "Clerks 2" that was a Transformers fan, and pretty much the butt of the joke in every scene he was in. When asked about it, Smith said he didn't hate Transformers, he was just too old for them when they came onto the scene (he would've been 14 in 1984, so I suppose that's fair).

But when you go from that, to showing up in a commercial and yelling about how great this G1 Peter Cullen Optimus Prime toy is... You really do look like a shill.

Anyone think that Wingfinger kind of looks like Beast Machines Sliverbolt?

I take back every character I typed criticizing the new Rodimus Prime's price point. After watching the Pulse show, it completely makes sense that this figure is a commander class. If I catch it on discount (some times for a short second you'll see a price drop) I'll snag it. $50 I'll spend, $75-$80; nope!

It was tough getting the Ark on pulse because it would be showed as sold out during check out. You are better off getting it from other retailers or online sites.

finally, a toy reveal that did not disappoint me :') i am going to buy him asap. i think they did a good job finding a balance between the G1 design, and some of the better design choices the masterpiece made.

    I went through TCP... again.

I like being able to pay at my own pace, so I don't get hit with a HUGE invoice at once. And I pre-ordered a lot.

Galvatron and Rodimus preordered from Star Action Figures.

Prices worked out cheaper than from Hasbro Pulse UK. Not as cheap as the US prices but taking tax and delivery into account it doesn't work out so bad.

Preordered SG Blurr and the red Fossilizer at HP. Everything else at TCP. Crap. Now I’m gonna want that damn purple Netflix fossilizer that comes with that damn barely a repaint Megatron. Ugh.

I might be in the minority here, but I think I would have liked the Ark more as a playset than a transforming figure. I\'m still 50-50 on getting it, but that Mainframe/Teletraan-1 figure is very tempting.

The Rodimus Prime figure looks pretty cool. Galvatron is rockin\' it, too! I like the Beast Wars figures, especially Scorponok, and will be getting them. I\'m not at all into the fossilizers, but I\'m very happy for those that are. I think SG is cool as a concept and some of the decos can be great, but it\'s not something that tickles my fancy.

As for auto-transforming Optimus?! Ahhh...yes, please!!!

If that auto transforming Prime was $200 cheaper, I would pull the trigger easily. $700 seems a little too much. I don't know..it looks so cool, I want it so bad!

Scorponok is very similar to Samur from Doom Eternal. Especially the central chest part in the form of an eye.

Coincidence? I don’t think so! (с) Dmitry Kiselev.

You mentioned this months ago, but I'm really looking forward to seeing Paleotrex and Wingfinger combined to look like the Maledict from Doom 3.

That's where I ordered Tracks. Plus it's the only Site where him, Rodimus, Galvy and The Ark have a 7/1 release date anyway.

Here's a list of all the figures to date. The ones shown combined on-camera were Paleotrex, Ractonite, and Wingfinger.
