This is by far one of, or possibly the best, custom I've seen. What you have done vastly improves on the Hasbro version and it fits perfectly with the classics line. Cheers!

Oh my!!! A zombie thread!! lol Did'nt expect new replies to this!
Anyways thanks! Since then, I gave him new hands...Wanted my alternator to be complete. They are still removable but a bit smaller in scale. I have not improved the dino mode at all...only concentrated on the bot mode.
I'll take new pics and post them soon and submit them to the Radicons gallery.
    Thanks again!

That is a turd-polishing of epic proportions. I'd like to see what you could come up with out of the Grimlock from that set. Not even as Grimlock necessarily - with some resculpting you could probably get Rippersnapper or one of the Seacons pretty easily, or ooh, it'd make a kick ass Repugnus, if you want to keep him an Autobot.

I would have originally thought to use the original Swoop, but this guy was in my mind a pretty decent homage. His increased bulk really does the character a lot of justice. I thought the base figure was kinda cool, but you made him kick-ass.

Still a nice custom. Sometimes even a turd can be polished into gold
