oh and Don Figueroa's Nova Prime, which I remember was up for production by a 3rd party group but seemingly went nowhere.

I would have loved to see some kind of Transformer and GI Joe crossover. Either like the style of Star Wars crossovers or vehicles that fit Joes.

The generation 1 Rodimus Prime prototype.... the one that was bigger than the actual G1 version with a communication array as his trailer.

 

My son saw a pic of Maurader Megs.....He wanted him! So I bought another leader Megatron and attached the two caños on his arms. My son was so happy. He has been playing with himno for a few montes now.

 

iGears Nemesis set. Still trying to track down their Tf-007 at a reasonable price.

 

Um that's not a prototype or concept, looks like you might have posted in the wrong thread  

 

iGear had concept art up on their site while Tf007 was in its production stages of a Nemesis set done in purple deco. The project was scrapped however due to the poor initial sales/reviews that 007 was getting. So yeah....it was a concept/prototype at one time.

 

I'm gonna say it... G1 Unicron.

Also, there was this prototype of what appeared to be an early attempt at a GI Joe/TF crossover during the early/mid-90's. I'm pretty sure one of the pedants here can look it up and post it for confirmation's sake... or to tell me that I'm wrong or something.

I think most of the Transtech line would have been amazing as toys, it's a shame it got canceled.

 

i don't know about any exsisting protos, but i would love to see a Mindwipe that actually looks or retains cues to an F-117 in bot mode...also would love to see a G1 animated inspired Jetfire...a really GOOD one

Speaking of which, I wish the Wonderfest Henkei Black Convoy got produced in official quantities, that one really puts the Universe Nemesis Prime to shame.
