Yeah, these can't be the final colors. Including a new gun (like his G1 gun) would be great as an added piece. I also hope that the trailer will hold Alternator/Binaltech vehicles.

I guess I'm one of the few that isn't impressed so far by this. I applaud them for making it but if it's just going to cost a lot because it's big then I don't want it. For something that size it needs to have some really good details on it which I'm not seeing as yet.

This is awsome, and seeing how I have multipule MP Convoy's/Primes, I would deffinately like to snag this trailer for one. Though I read that the helmet/face seemed a bit off, and I would have to agree with that comment, but even still.. ITS FREAKING ULTRA MAGNUS THE WAY HE SHOULDA BEEN!!

While this actually looks pretty good, I dont really think it's worth the over $200 price tag. Especially for those of us who don't already own a MP02.

yeah captain negativity...there is enough space in the universe for those folks who like the commander armor and those who want a more G1 look for magnus....
plus at least someone is attempting to make some thing for the masterpiece line since takara/hasbro have no inclination to fill that void anytime soon...

What else looks specifically wrong? The trailer is a really accurate representation of the G1 trailer while the "armor" for Magnus has been altered from the original design to allow more movement.

Obviously the colors are incorrect, but it IS a prototype.

As for the head, it does have to fit over the original MP Magnus head which was rather large.

Comparisons to the City Commander armor are silly as the Classics version of Magnus has a different style. Basically, TFC Toys didn't have to work within the confines of a more G1 accurate model like the MP Prime/Magnus mold and could design whatever worked. They only needing to include a few key design elements (like the shoulder pillars) to make it recognizable as Magnus.

This add-on is absolutely amazing. If dalianjj makes them, he will have no problem selling them.

Pics won't show up for me. :(  I hope it looks cooler than City Commander. (I.e., cool at all)

EDIT: FREEDOM! he looks solid, but his arms and head look like he's wearing a cardboard Magnus costume. Still, looks pretty decent, and if the price is good, I may bite.

Digging this. My only beef is that the missiles look a bit too big, especially compared to how skinny the posts are connecting to the launchers. My two cents. ^_^

Looks like a good project... the head does look big. I understand that MP Prime/Magnus head are big. Would look a lot better if they made it sleeker somehow, a little proportioned I guess. Whomever started this probably know that already.... just a suggestion for improvement. Keep it up...

    Geez guys.

I hate to be the voice of dissention, but as much as I appreciate things like this (I love my City Commander), I can't help but think this is pretty ugly...

Now, I think it's an awesome project, and I encourage stuff like this, so I like to offer constructive criticism to those working on it...

Main thing is, it's a little disproportionate to itself... When the core bot is 2/3 the size of the combined bot, the arms need to be longer, and the head looks too big. The hands are a little small. It just doesn't look right.

I understand it's just a prototype, and I know the makers are working hard, and it costs money to make a mold. I think it's awesome that they're doing it. I'm really not trying to poo-poo all over their hard work. As a prototype? Yeah, this is pretty sweet stuff... but if that's the mold they have... I'll be disappointed. Needs work... doesn't look right. But then, I also can't say I can do better.

Like I said, I want to offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. This is an awesome project, and I'd love to see it brought to fruition. If they want to tempt my wallet, though, it still needs a lot of work.
