- The effects are undoubtedly impressive, and the scale and weight of the Transformers is really felt in all of the films (minus maybe TLK). As such, almost all of the action sequences are breathtaking, especially in ROTF and AOE.
- I appreciated the attempt at keeping a tight continuity between films, even if that was completely lost by the time we got around to TLK.
- When the Transformers are allowed to emote and have personalities, they're usually at least fun to watch.
- I found myself liking some of the human characters, most notably Simmons and Cade Yeager.
- The humor, while overtly raunchy and immature, can be a guilty pleasure for me at times.
- The soundtracks were okay, nothing special though.
- Aside from TLK, the plots are pretty decent.

As for the negatives, well... it's pretty much everything else about the movies.
