If joes were scaled down I’d be in for a Joe crossover
I'm up for a WWE Ring with wrestler Titanmasters.
This would be an easy one as long as Mattel would play nice.
A godzilla crossover would be neat, retool one of the dinos or a new mold and have kingdom primal be King Kong.
we’ve got Jurassic park coming soon so it’ll be interesting to see what’s next.
Okay, here's an crazy idea. A Pokemon crossover figure. But the Alt mode isn't a pokemon, it's a pokeball.
A good remold possibility for unicron
I'm not sure it's possible, but I'd really like to see the shuttle portion of Sky Lynx heavily modified and paired with a transformable fuel tank + booster into a proper shuttle stack. A legit Transformers x NASA crossover.
And Maverick makes me want a legit B-2 Bomber transformer. No compromises.
What, the scale would be all wrong! This is a case where they could make the figure so it's got an accurate 1:1 scale for the alt mode!
I would too. I'm also still waiting for a good SR-71 Blackbird design.
I'm drunk and from leak squad, I quit it and here it is on a throwaway
Apparently we'll be getting Rexy (the 'main' JKP/JW T-Rex) from Kingdom Megatron. If they do the type of extensive remolding for the robot mode that they seem to do with the Collaborative line, then I'm in. I'd probably try and grab that rumoured T-Wrecks as a companion figure as well.
Yeah, I wanted a Turtle van that turned into Metalhead, too.
Well, since K.I.T.T. and the Turtle van are apparently and disappointingly out, I want the Harry Potter Ford Anglia as a Transformer (Mr Weasley may have been a bit more privy to technology (particularly very advanced technology) than he was letting on, going by the way his car behaved at times ).
We've had Cybertronians specialising in ghosts, time travel, mutant powers, and apparently dinosaurs, so why not magic?
what I’d like:
Blurr redeco’d into speed racer/mach 5.
a 1958 Plymouth Fury that becomes a decepticon named Christine.
An entire line of GI Joe Transformers including (wouldn’t mind if a lot of these go full titan’s return gimmick and come with mock ups of Joes as titan masters):
a reissue of Cybertron Snowcat (deluxe or voyager)
A reissue of Titans Return VIPER. (Legends)
Rattler (a deluxe version of viper, based on the rattler as well)
Killer WHALE (Autobot, the whale hovercraft) (deluxe or voyager)
Defiant (space shuttle complex, autobot, deluxe or voyager)
Firebat (terrordome, decepticon, deluxe)
Rhino (sigma six tank/chopper, decepticon, set of two deluxes)
Flagg (aircraft carrier, titan)
Also a similar set of MASK transformers. But every MASK vehicle that split into two vehicles (like the slingshot or the jeep that opens up for a boat) either are two bots that can fuse together or go full weaponizer (this also applies to some of the Joe vehicles).
Thundercats. Thundertank specifically.
There's a book that comes with the Blu-Ray release of the Fast and the Furious movies that has glamour shots of the major cars in the franchise, and after drooling over that for the last 45 minutes I'm firmly in the F&F crossover camp.
I just found out this was a thing.
I mean, as a kid, I would have thought this was the worst thing ever (was a bit too old for Barney when he came out); but if they did it now for slags and giggles.. I’d be kind of up for it.
Though Diver redone as Kermit is 1000 times better.
I think a retool and repaint of Hound as either the Transformers Alternators line or perhaps more recent ones into the Jurassic Park Jeep and a bigger X-Brawn (2001's Transformers Robots in Disguise) retool and repaint as the Ford Explorer would work. The Jeep can be Freeroam and Explorer can be Rexbait or Recksbait (just off the top of my tired brain). I don't think the dinos of JP should be the alt modes. I'd foresee comparisons to the actual Dinobots being issues that might hurt sales. Even retool of Beast Wars Megatron into the T-Rex from JP can be an issue.
A B-2 bomber from Top Gun crossover would be fun. But I think a Mig Fighter as a Decepticon makes better sense. Something for Maverick to fight or be displayed with.
A better SR-71 WOULD BE NICE. As would a NASA base. Like a bunch of guys can have their alt modes be the parts of the base. Skylynx as the Shuttle makes perfect sense. And as they said in earlier post. Mod his Lynx portion into the booster rockets and extra fuel tank. I'd make the boosters be the 4 legs. Just split each in half to form legs.
And as for Godzilla and King Kong I have problems like I stated with the JP dinos. Animals would just be negatively represented. Due to comparisons with the core lines. By critics I mean. Fans would embrace them. But the original fans of JP, KING KONG, and GODZILLA that aren't transformers fans might take offenses of their beloved animal hero's being robots. Vehicles make better sense to non-transformers fans as that's what they think TF is. Like my brother never heard of Beast Wars or the newer Kingdom series. And animals transforming into robots is not sitting well with him. He keeps telling me they should be vehicles.
Non-BW-ers need to get over it. It's the Truk Not Munkey argument all over again! (try and see if you can get your brother to watch Beast Wars. I was unintentionally hooked when I first started watching it (and the same for Animated))
Actually, I was expecting the Jurassic Park jeep, and I did at first prefer it, but after what they've done so far for Collaborative, I'm kind of intrigued as to what kind of remolding they'd have do to turn Kingdom Megatron into Rexy. Or more accurately, Cybertronian with Rexy alt-mode. That's what I would emphasise. The JP dinos are safe. (Besides, I've been rewatching a few of the Jurassic movies lately, and now I'm in a 'dinos are cool!' state of mind right now (I'm getting a little impatient for the next movie ))
I don't think I'd want a King Kong or Godzilla Transformer (but then again I was one of those Truk Not Munkey-ers at one time..... ).
Another potential idea is KITT and KARR from Knight Rider. Consider that Peter Cullen was the first voice behind KARR, it would be cool. Also, I think that either Studio Series 86 Hot Rod, SS86 Jazz, the Earthrise Runamuck Mold, basically any car mold could work. The Two of them would come in a multipack, KITT would be an Autobot and KARR would be a Decepticon.
This would also satisfy my need for a deluxe sized 3rd gen Camaro (firebird and Camaro shared a chassis which works for me).
It concerned a new Transformers Crossover series. But not what you'd think.
Stephen King's books and movies mostly are the things of nightmares. Well that's the line. The figures were the killing machines from his various books. You had Motomaster as the Happy Toyz Truck from "Maximum Overdrive", the car from "Christine" was there, and so forth. But no Autobots. Remember, this is a nightmare line.
And honestly it is what just woke me up. I'm now cold and shivering and it's 70°F in my house.
I like the concept!
Dibs on the ‘58 Caddy for Freddy!
That sounds edgy and metal as fuck, I dig it.
Not really sure why this merged here. It wasn't a speculation or even a want. It literally was what I posted. A nightmare. I wasn't trying to be funny or anything. It was a dream I had and wanted to share.
