Always impressed Spurt!...loving the paint work.

 

I REALLY love these repaints.   I wish both Hasbro and Takara would do a special line or set of these because not only they're awesome looking but they're important part of the franchise's history because they're the original toys that the franchise used to help bring TFs to life.

Now I expect you to be getting a second Devastator set so you can repaint him in Diaclone colors.

I know I want to do that myself.

I wish Takara had done this with classics rather than the Masterpiece line.

I'd be one hell of a BotCon set if they decided to do it. I'd buy it right up.

I've colleced a KO Diaclone Prime and got he FP upgrade for his, and collected the KO Deepcover. Also picked upa custom Road Rage awhile back but really want someone to do the whole set for sale, even if it's KO. As I said above botcon would be great, i really want them completed some day.

These are really great!! I do wish the police lettering for clampdown was more in line with the original toy but these look like something that hastak would've made!! The only carbot repaint you missed was blue hoist.

10 years later and because of the Hasbros upcoming Delta Magnus release ( Sg ultra magnus ) I am starting to put together a diaclone team and so I found this thread, WOW these look amazing. Thankfully hasbro has done more of these guys since this post and I can make my own Diaclone team with Delta Magnus leading them and not have to do so much painting. Using a bunch of classics mold though for my team when possible ( if I dont have to do much painting that is and I mean very little paining if not 0 ) in addition to some of the newer stuff too. I think many of these classic molds still hold up just fine and look great as the Diaclone charaters . Plus many of my Diaclone characters can be unique molds now instead of just repaints of the cartoon cast.
