It means they'd have to either use the Seige mold again, use another seeker mold like Armada or do a weird hybrid retool of Conehead and normal Seeker mold. Or just wait to use another G1-ish Starscream mold.

Since Animated is in Legacy, I'm sure she is on the way. Either as a Animated or Cyberverse version.

 

I'm up for Nacelle

 

Yeah my two most wanted are G2 Starscream and Sunstorm. Most others I can easily skip but I'd also like Red Wing in the ER mold

the Ecom in nacelle's listing (who i'm hyped for) makes me think we could see more from the welcoming brigade from the first G1 episode (maybe with a new tetrajet mold or siege retools)

 

Nacelle? That's awesome! He's one of my favourite background seekers alongside Bitstream. Just hope they do him properly as the Thrust mold with a Starscream head (I swear if they give him the screaming TC head...) and don't pull some brainlet toon-accuracy dark blue Starscream redeco crap (or if they for some god-forsaken reason decide to go back to the Siege mold).

But uh, really? Nacelle? Odd choice for the first non-conehead expansion of the ER Seekers, this gives some small hope that maybe we could see the other Seekers sometime soonish/down the line since the mold is still on the table. Please HasTak, give us ER Rainmakers, the rest of the welcoming committee, Red Wing, and a G1ified Slipstream as a slight retool (and reuse the tooling for Nova Storm since she got retroactively made a fembot). Hell, I'd even buy a Blast.

If they do make new ER Seekers, it'd be pretty cool to see some of the more updated colour schemes for them rather than pure G1 accuracy like the cool MP Sunstorm/Acid Storm, the nice timelines teal Bitstream, TCG Ion Storm, and blend some elements of AVP Nova Storm; so all the Seekers look more unique.

 

How about a reissue for ramjet huh?

I doubt it's "the main seeker mold is messed up" and still expect this year's Shattered Glass assortment to include Thundercracker...

Also WAY more amped for Nacelle than Sunstorm, whoa REALLY low on my want list of jets

As for the why just the cone heads for recolors....if I had to hazard a guess it's be because of what a pain Ramjet and Thrust were to get and how Hasbro said they wanted to get them back into shelves....Ramjet is a PR next wave iirc and I thought we heard Thrust was coming as well ...so may as well fire off a few exclusives while the mold is cranking through....

 

Given the fixation on Sunbow designs I’m surprised we haven’t gotten a purple Air Warrior.

 

Another Seeker, another purchase from me. Hopefully on the Thrust mold.
