Really  don\'t  have a need   for vintage beast wars. Cause  I already have  2 of  each one    of everything  back then. I have the originals   in the package  &  loose all  the  beast wars. Even  the  japanese  lines. beast wars 2 & Neo I have  figures of.. Good thing though for those that  don\'t  have them. I  saw  optimus & megatron at wal mart $50. I got both of mine  FOr   $20 each back  in the days. Primal was a  xmas present.

 

You're correct, they sometimes buy KOs online, take the whole thing apart and rebuild it form CAD

 

I\'m just hoping we get updates of the transmetals.
especially for the likes of rattrap and megatron.
The ones that didn\'t hold up over time.
I have the rattrap and I bought mine new and the chrome flaked off almost immediately when I opened it.
this was less then 2 years ago.
I won\'t buy one of those megatrons though because they basically desintegrate.
I know 3rd party companies are making some but their mp scaled and that\'s not what I want 

 

They can and have, 1st time I heard of it being done was 10 years ago but they may have been doing that earlier. Usually done if original tooling is lost/damaged/destroyed or if a reissue is planned and said toy needs to be sturdier for current safety standards.

I passed on Tigatron back in the day so I’m glad this retro release will be out, as I like the mold.

 

Just saw this on eBay (while looking for Scorponok, coincidentally). First image of the reissue, assuming it's legit and not a photoshop of the old Takara Tigatron.

Yeah I'll wait until they hit Hasbro Pulse or Walmart. Hopefully this means the others will be out soon also.

 

Between these BW reissues and the new BB movie SS figures I'm gonna be broke next year.

Tigatron looks so much better all white. Even though a real white tiger would have the darker areas on it. I like this version best. I already have it though, so I won't be buying it.

 

This looks great! But yeah I\'ll be keeping this in the packaging as I already have the original and I don\'t want to waste the rocky packaging.

 

I am suspicious that it still comes out in a rock blister, when the original was part of wave 2 of the organics where they adopted the bubble blister.

And although it was speculated that it could be white, this already coincides too much with what I imagine, being the same as the Takara, until I see an official announcement, I will take this as PS.
