I have HA Jazz, and he's really awesome, but for some reasons, his left hand would not come out unless I use something to dig it out. There are times where I can take his hand out just fine, but those moments are few and far between, and only lasts awhile. Is this normal? Or is my toy, perhaps, cursed?(can't just be QC issue, considering the fact that the hand can sometimes come out easily)
That bits throwing me. I don't have mine to hand to make a comparison, but is there something inconsistent about the way you're opening or folding the hand?
I haven't had any issues getting the either hand out. They were stiff at first, but are not quite so anymore.
I dont think its a qc issues at all. I have not had issues on mine but i have noticed that his wrist joints are TIGHT. Its a nice thing in the end but can be a pain at times.
I'm pretty sure I put the hand in the right way, with the little nub for sticking the partner on facing out. Sometimes, it comes out easy, but most of the time....
The hand you're talking about is the one with the peg, right? If so, when putting the hand back in the door for car mode, make sure the peg is not facing out, and is facing in. That'll make it easier to pry out for robot mode.
