I have this sublimation printer at work that we use to do t shirts and all the designs are creating in Photoshop but when you print it out the colors don't match those on the screen / in the program. Things that are supposed to be grey come out a light pinkish. Do the printer and photoshop see certian colors differently?
Does the printer have the ability to be calibrated? I would try that first. I'm not very familiar with that kind of printer, D_C might be.
You need to make sure you computer is color-calibrated. You also need to see if there are any color profiles available for the printer (from the manufacturer or paper vendor). Color is a very tricky thing to work with, but with some calibrating and the right profile (check your color settings in Photoshop) you can get it to match.
