Hi! Nice to see ya! Normally, I really hate doing w.i.p. shots. I don't know why, really, it's just a thang. But, sometimes, a project comes along that takes so long that you feel the need to share something, so I thought I'd stop by with an exclusive Radicons preview, which should be finished Sunday night: Inspired by the G1 comic concept of Rodimus looking like Primus, which I like because it ties into the whole chosen one/Primus avatar idea. I'm focusing on three things: -Making him have "glowing power areas" like we have always seen Cybertron portrayed... -Make the planet mode destroyed and beaten up, while the protected bot mode beneath looks clean and regal... -Capture the Rodimus Prime color scheme while the planet mode has little to no color... As said, these are wip and I've already made some touch ups and changes. Please, any feedback would be great at this stage while I can easily change things. Thanks for your time!
I like this idea. Ive never really liked the idea of Cybertron transforming but as far as it goes this idea works! Very nice job, looks like you got rid of that ridiculous planet key thing too. I hate needing extra parts to transform my toys. looks good.
That's a really good idea, I don't know why I never thought to do that. I actually just pre-ordered the Japanese reissue and now I am a bit disappointed it will not be like yours.
Amazing job. The details are amazing and the paintjob is perfect. Gorgeous! CanĀ“t wait to see more of this figure
Way to go old school! I love it! If you're wrecking up the surface, could we see some big Unicron claw marks?
See. See, Hasbro/Takara, get on this already. You spent all this time engineering this toy, REPAINT IT UP YO! Unicron got 4 repaints, time for Primus to get the love. Great colors bro, keep up the amazing work!
Well Cybertron Transforming is mostly cannon. The original 1986 movie script was The Secret Of Cybertron. Let us never forget!
