It is though I've retired it since I got the Combiner Wars version.
Loving that Rollout!
Updating my custom inner robot Cloudburst that I customised from a ko Jetfire.
I'll have to touch up some of the paint but I'm very happy to be able to use G1 Cloudburst's head.
Micromaster Prowl and Backstreet are very slowly getting there.
Streetwise just needs one or two finishing touches.
A couple more works in progress. An upgrade Headmaster Junior Chromedome with new arms and a Titanmaster.
And inner robot Skullgrin to join my custom Submarauder, Cloudburst, Landmine and Waverider.
I'm actually customising that Doubledealer body as a different character but I've another Doubledealer I'll be painting as Skullgrin.
Work in Progress Skullgrin and Bombburst with my custom Submarauder.
Skullgrin is getting there...
Looking stellar so far, as per usual!
Thank you. You're very kind.
The mold works really well as Skullgrin, but is there a plane mode as well?
what head did you use for skull grin?
It's the head from the original G1 toy. I stuck it on a Titanmaster. I did repaint it to match the grey I was using on the body.
I like to use the heads from the original toys if I can. I did it with Submarauder, Rollout, Circuit, Axer, Cloudburst and Dreadwind.
There is. I'm not finished painting him yet. I have a second Doubledealer I plan to repaint as Flattop.
I enjoy updating Micromasters and Actionmasters.
Skullgrin was one of my first Transformers and I really liked his character in the comics where he wasn't necessarily a bad guy.
I've wanted updates of the Pretender inner robots for years.
I wish I could find a suitable head for inner robot Bludgeon. I think Titans Return Megatron's body would be good for it.
I also think it could work for Bombshock.
When FunPub owned tfcon that was a planned exclusive (Bombshock)
ROTF Bludgeon head for the Megatron. Beast Hunters Bludgeon head could work for Bombshock.
I didn't know that.
I appreciate the suggestion but I don't like the modern trend of mixing the shell and the robot.
I'm looking for a head that matches the actual G1 inner robot. I Apologise if that comes across as dismissive.
His face reminds me of Snake Eye’s. One of these guys could work.
I like the outside the box thinking of not using a Transformer head.
