    yes they are worth that much
    normally u will find each bot on eaby from
    $20-35 and then $10 for s/h
    when u X by 6 = $180-270
    i spent about $220 putting mine together and sold my incomplete loose set on ebay for $110 shipped

    also from what i have seen the second hardest/rare
    other than diaclone to complete

    I sold one on Ebay about 6 years ago for $300. And I started it at $20. It was complete including packages, but opened.
