    I found him MISB going for 150 USD with no orange cap at the barrel. Is this a fair deal or is he really worth less?

    a lot less. look for one in the 50-75 range.

    I wouldn't go any higher than $85 for him. $50 is probably too low, $75 would be more accurate.
