I've been reducing my collection lately but I haven't decided if I want to get rid of this item. It's a repaint of Actionmaster Optimus Prime's Armored Convoy tractor-trailer/jet-base. Instead of AM Prime it came with a Microman figure with a battery-pack backpack and light up chest. However... I did trade someone and got an AM Prime from that New Years reissue Prime from several years ago. However part 2... I currently seem to have misplaced it.

So any ideas on what this is worth?

Any ideas on if it'd be worth much more with the New Years Actionmaster Optimus Prime figure?
