Anyone have a ballpark figure for 2 boxed Diaclone Insecticons (Insecter Robo)? They are MIB and in like-new condition (some box wear). The two I have are Bombshell and Shrapnel. THANKS
WANT! The most I can tell you is that I saw a poorly titled auction for just a body (can't remember which fig) sell for about $25 several months ago on eBay.
Does anyone else have any information on what these have gone for in the past? I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere on the net (haven't checked Japanese auctions though). My first guess was $150ish each, but really just pulled that out of the air. I think the box art and the insect like/Kamen Rideresque Diaclone drivers are great.
Those are nice, but they somewhat became less disirable after E-Hobby released the diaclone 3 pack years ago. I would say if complete with box they can go for $75 a piece maybe $100 with inserts. Diaclone stuff complete with boxes can become expensive lol. Maybe $150 if you have the Diaclone rider with it.
The riders and guns have never been removed from the baggies, stickers are unused, and the toys are essentially new- perfectly mint (no chrome wear or dulling at all).
If you're planning to sell them and wish to get the most out of them, I'd post each in a fixed price listing for maybe $200 with best offer, and a minimum offer of around $75-$100. If they sit for a month or two and everyone is making offers significantly below your minimum, I'd say then it's time to slowly start bringing down the asking price and/or minimum.
Yeah, I think you are right, and with the condition the toys are in I am in no immediate hurry to part ways. THANKS GUYS
