With the exception of Jazz's transplanted rabbit ears, I think the revised head is an improvement over the original.

Interesting but not that interested to buy it. I have my prime and I will not be buying every prime they put out no matter how many times they change the color or add things to it.

He did, as "Megatroptimus" as I recall.

    there were 'personality conflicts'.

I like how the sword-thingy deploys in two stages, but I don't think it's worth getting another leader-class Prime. Might get Megatron, depending on how much shinyness he's got.

Nice vid, thanks! I like the G1 sound and the new head/sword. Still looks more movie accurate than the original.

I wish the yellow LED's were blue though. Maybe the Takara version will have blue lights?

The new features are good enough reason to buy this toy, but alas with Animated toys out soon there's simply no money left for this or Japanese Classics toys. Sigh.

The two-stage sword deployment is a nice touch, that actually sells me more on the figure.

Not bad, well apart from those horrible new horns. They never curved forwards like that in the movie.
    Sword is alright.
Kinda cool but not cool enough to warrant buying again.

    Love the two-steps deploying sword.

This is truly a premium, and probably the only one I'll be buying.

Aaah, I really want to see some more pics of the Japanese version! It'll be released in 2 months. I kinda hope Takara puts in a blue led, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Good video though, shows the added paint-apps, the sword and the new sound nicely.
