All the Prime writers could make happen was an immediate return to status quo followed by a scavenger hunt.

Regarding Megatron’s “change of heart” I don’t think that he decided to quit warmongering because all of a sudden he’s a nice guy. He just went through what he will probably have to go through the rest of his existence once he finally dies for good. He’ll be back in Unicron’s presence again the moment his spark leaves his new body because, Unicron said it himself, now that Megatron had Unicron’s blood in him he is bound to him forever. If he continued his life of violence that would just hasten his sparks eventual reunion with Unicron.

The thought I had was maybe when Unicron left Megatrons body, he took some of the bad out with him, leaving Megatron see clearly for the first time, in a long time.

There have been a lot of TF shows, a lot of things said, good and bad about this show...but I say its the best transformers show to date. Congrats to the staff and crew who made this show possible, and thanks for a great series......damn, I'm really sad about optimus!

Considering the limited budget & timeframe, they did a decent job with the movie.
It could've been so much more but easier said than done. So many missed opportunities.

I feel like they wanted the Predacons to look universal, so they could represent all the predacon toys. Since there was only 2 of them, but they have similarities with all figures. In case some poor kid is stuck with a single Laserback, he an still pretend it's in the show.

The fact it was called Predacons rising was stupid thought. Should've been called Chaos Rising

Chaos Rising would have made more sense.
I just watched it today on NetFlicks.
Though I enjoyed it, I think there were some missed opportunities.
Kind of surprised that the kids weren't there....or even mentioned...
I would have liked to have seen Shockwave side with the Autobots after giving the Predacons a pep talk, and I was a little annoyed that Ultra Magnus was conveniently left out of the second act.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Megatron learn the error of his ways. I did like that.

For anything else I need to let it percolate a bit more in my head.
