A former guard of the Maximal High Council, Silverbolt was neither the fastest nor the strongest - but if there was one thing his comrades could agree on, it was that he was by far the bravest and most honorable.

For this very same reason, Silverbolt was assigned as a bodyguard to the exploration mission the Axalon was to undertake..

Pre Beast-Wars Silverbolt was made solely out of a Beast Hunters Dreadwing, with a slightly modified head. I love how his transformation essentially enables him to do a gerwalk-esque mode similar to his Fuzor altmode.

He was one of my favorites in the Beast Wars mythos, so I'm very glad he fitted the mold as well as I thought he would!

just a tip try to mix a lil thiner with you paint(the grey non nacar one) to make a smoother surface or combine it with metallic gunmetal that should work and that will result into a more regular application and a better aesthetic

Quickstrike stumps me the most due to his extremely asymmetrical hands and his face!  

 

Wow, I never would have thought of this. That mold works flawlessly as Silverbolt.

 

Dark of the Moon Air Raid, perhaps? The vehicle mode isn't perfect, but the airplane tail as his right arm would evoke Quickstrike pretty well. You could also give him Barricade's MechTech weapon for his claw hand. As for the head, you could probably mod one from Dark of the Moon Jolt. The face has a bit of room on it for adding pieces, and the horns could easily be cut off.

 

Thank you for the original piece usually i see everyone use Darksteel but i like the way you went with this the dreadwing mold works perfect for Silverbolt. The paint work looks great too good job!

I decided not to use Darksteel/Grimwing because it would make no sense in the context of the pre-Beast Wars era :3 it was only a matter of time before I figured out that BH Dreadwing provided the ultimate solution to my Silverbolt woes.

 

This is a fantastic and beautiful idea/design. I had an alternate thought though: what if her was a silver TFP Vehicon Jet and he and your inferno TFP Vehicon Car were both originally maximal elite guardsmen together. I mean it's almost poetic in a way after all. Not only is the Vehicon jet half car half jet but Silverbolt was also turned into one of the ORIGINAL vehicon generals and was among the first vehicons ever introduced into transformers ever.

 

I freaking love this!
