Hey guys, I think this is news. If not sorry, but I just bought the Destructicons and Rallybots from Kmart in Geelong, VIC. I think this is the first sighting anywhere? I will take pics when I get home in a few hours. Once again sorry if this isn't news
Hasn't PCC, HFTD and Generations already hit Australia? I seem to remember Vangelus mentioning people at Botcon who brought some of the figures with them to sell.
Sorry about the crappy iPhone pics. Anyway I can type better now that I am home. This Kmart I got them from is usually pretty good with being the first place in the area to get new items in, but I really didn't expect to see these guys today. They only had the one lot of each, along with like 20 of the Combaticons and Arielbots. Mudslinger looks really good, I'll be opening him up first. The Rallybot drones make me EXTREMELY sad though, because they would be perfect to come with the black Huffer/Stunticon tribute set they are bringing out. Also interesting to note is that our Targets here are having a big toysale, where the Powercores are like 10 bucks off. So I imagine Kmart is combating this by releasing the new ones. I went to Target too and they had a massive shelf with nothing but the first wave. Anyway, I didn't spot any 2 packs, but I expect to see them and perhaps even the HFTD seconds waves soon. PS. Wow, they ARE really crap pics. Sorry guys, but there is the proof!
I believe these were found at the end of June, during Botcon, actually. I seem to remember Griffin updating me on it Congrats on the find though! I'll really looking forward to those Rallybots.
According to our resources page for each, they have not been released and I can't find any announcement of they're release so I think we have a genuine first sighting on our hands!
They were sighted in NSW during BotCon (on the Ozformers forum), but this is the first photographic proof posted here, so credit still goes to davieanix for that.

Sol Fury was correct, this isn't the first sighting. The first sightings were during BotCon, and obviously the posts were lost during the wave of BotCon news, which is why your resources aren't updated yet.
I'm about to throw the Rallybots against the wall too. Double Clutch has a pretty neat looking torso mode but it's fiddly as heck, ball joints pop off way too much, and there are too many tabs and plugs that mean even the slightest pressure will make something come loose. Not to mention that the red race car drone that is used for the leg seems to not want to automorph all the way. You kind of have to force it yourself to properly become a foot. They do look cool though. Very bulky, and Double Clutch looks like Jazz. I couldn't imagine playing with them because they would just pop apart and un-tab too much. I have all 4 drone sets released so far, and in terms of quality I would rate Bombshock the best, with Mudslinger, Skyburst and Double Clutch following. Seriously, the only thing the Rallybots have going for them is they look good
Nice, I am not feeling the combined mode of the Destructicons, but I am getting it for the drones and the leader. The Rallybots look great, I wish I could see more images of the commanders robot mode. I was thinking about repainting them to go with the Motormaster repaint, but then I would have to buy another set to have actual Rallybots, so I would probably just leave them the way they are. They would still look good with Motormaster even if they aren't the exact colors of the originals right? I hope TRU or Hasbro has these up soon, I will probably never see these in my area with no TRU until October when WM will finally catch up.
Wow. You rank Double Clutch below Skyburst? That's very dissapointing. I was really looking forward to these guys
I may have been a bit harsh but Skyburst is definitely not as fiddly or pop apart happy as Double Clutch. In terms of who looks better displayed, that would still be the rallybots
i'm still excited for these new sets... lots of possible combinations, and they look fun... and after figuring out Skybursts extra pegs that hold him together more, i like him way more, so these two will be a welcome addition... now they just need to repaint these limbs in g1 stunticon colors to go with that Huffer repaint...
