Dang I realy like my king sphinx figure but it can be a pain getting him to stand in any pose and he can't hold his staff which is frustrating. What does everyone do with figures that have a hard time standing and or can't hold their weapons? Do we have any idea yet about how many monster waves a year to expect? Still thinking about pumpkin rapper because I always liked the monster designs but excited to see the next wave.
I'm using the grip hand or the one that's pictured on the back of the packaging. I have similar problems with some of the rangers and holding their weapons. They have the proper weapon holding hands but like the swords they can't hold. Oh and Shin, reading your post about zeo red is tempting me to get it. Sounds like one of the better lc figures. I always liked that design.
Hmm I’ll have to check my Sphinx later on. Zeo Red is 1 of my favorite LC figures now. The Star Riser handle is a bit wide for the vertically hinged hand but I still use it anyways because it’s great for sword wielding poses. Due to that vertical hinged wrist alone, it’s the best sword wielding LC figure in my eyes. Hopefully the inevitable Dino Thunder Black has vertically hinged wrists too.
I feel your pain. I have the same thoughts every time I see Titanus on sale. I just keep telling myself "you don't have the room."
Even though we still haven't gotten any Lightning Collection news, I'm looking forward to the news on Lightning Storm on youtube tomorrow.
You're talking about the Thunder Megazord. Shogun was two Megazords later, the follow-up to the Ninja Megazord, and looks like a walking Japanese castle.
So I was watching Lightning Storm on youtube and the only new rumor we got is possible Spoiler A-Squad Red A-Squad Yellow
Yep, Some Youtuder reports most of what Lightning Collection news we get through out the week every Saturday. That's how I found out about the Monster line.
Well, I gave in to the temptation and ordered the SOC Titanus. No, I do not know where I’m going to put it, and I have 3 other large items (SOC Gordian, XTB Menasor trailer, Haslab Unicron(!)) incoming in March, so I’m going to have to do some serious gymnastics with my space allocation. Fun times...
That’s where the box being a misleading size comes into play(as discussed in the SOC thread I think). That box will fit in your display no problem. How a giant robotic brontosaurus forms out of that box is nothing short of magic.
Ive spent the last couple of days catching up with Beast Morphers on Netflix since I had to cut the cable in 2018 because it was just too expensive and I enjoyed BM a lot. I liked Steel and I didn't see that twist near the end coming. I had goosebumps when I saw Jason with the rest of Mighty Morphin, Dino Thunder and Dino Charge rangers with their respective Megazords fighting Evox's 6 headed monstrosity. Was there ever a toy of the beast x king zord released? I'm thinking of watching BM again. Yeah. I was saddened too. I was so ready to pick one up because i truly believed it would be released to go with the falconzord. Well at least I still have the original from 1995. Man that was so long ago.
What I hated is Bandai had plenty of time to give us a Legacy Shogun Megazord, but instead, spent that time with their fingers up their ass doing nothing. They clearly planned for it given how they designed the Falconzord wings.
and watch them do face portraits of those to be totally inconsistent... saw DT Blue ranger at Target, so they're starting to get out in the wild here finally...
