Zeo Megazord is Lightning Collection, unless Hasbro has some other figure line for Power Rangers that abbreviates to "LC".

    So it's just a 6inch figure?

    Twelve inch.

Genuinely surprised this is being released as part of that line, unless the figure is deceptively articulated and detailed.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I miss Bandai.

I guess I could somewhat see the appeal of a well articulated 12 inch non-transforming figure. If it was a highly detailed recreation of how the suit looked on screen. But this Zeo Megazord doesn’t look anything like that.

I think you forget just what Bandai was like, because they would’ve produced this exact thing, only 30% more expensive and with half the articulation.

The only area Bandai had any success with were the Legacy Megazords, but we haven’t seen Hasbro’s attempt at those just yet. Even Bandai didn’t start Legacy proper until well into their tenure.

    Gamestop just emailed me.

Apparently they do not have enough stock to cover my Lightning Collection Yellow Ranger order.

Decided to pre-order from entertainment earth.

Saved a little more then a dollar compared to gamestop.

Made this while I was tired, I meant that they have failed me personally if they decide on non-transforming mecha, not overall. I haven't watched any of the recent power rangers nor care for the recent robot designs. It's more about the earlier mecha that I would want. Also I never experienced BoA era stuff because I had no idea about those figures till about 3 years ago. Basically collage fanned the flames for a lot the old stuff I watched as a kid.

Then, forgive my bluntness, but if you are so misinformed about literally everything outside of your very limited sphere of interest you really shouldn't be making these kinds of statements. They make you look like you have no idea what you're talking about, which you basically admitted to. Especially if you're going to compare it to Bandai, you should probably have knowledge of just what Bandai actually produced in the past.

Non-transforming Megazords have been around literally since MMPR. It doesn't mean there won't be transforming mecha, just that this one isn't. So far Hasbro has produced two non-BM Megazords: the original, which is a cheaper (both in quality and price tag) transforming one meant for younger kids, and this LC Zeo one which forgoes transformation for articulation. Neither of these preclude the possibility for future transforming Megazords.

If Hasbro is smart, and I hope they are, they're waiting before jumping into the proper Megazord game until they can produce something worth selling to collectors and not just rush out something like the rickety BM Ultrazord. Outside of the actual Ranger figures and the one White Ranger helmet, none of Hasbro's PR offerings have been especially collector-oriented until this and the dragon dagger. Add to that, if we assume a theoretical combining and articulated Megazord would have similar production cycles to the average Transformers toy (ignoring the fact that they likely have a smaller and less experienced team and have them at a lower priority than Transformers as is) that means it'd take anywhere between twelve to eighteen months from conceptualization to reveal. It's probably going to be another year or so before we see proper "Generations"-style Megazords if they are indeed coming.

I have MMPR Red, Pink and White and Yellow is on the way. However, I held off on opening them until I get everyone, including Green and Rita. So far, the only Lightning Collection MMPR figures I opened are Lord Zedd and Goldar.

Not worth it. For that price I might as well just order the two pack for $40.

Considering it is the original dino megazord, I'll end up buying it.

But I didn't compare to Bandai. Just think I want cool transforming giant robots to gawk at on my shelf. Like I said it as tired knee jerk reaction. I know they produce non-transforming stuff in power rangers. Just thought their first step into the megazord ring would be almost right to me but it's not.
