So the very day I dyed this base Moonracer in yellow to start out on a V2 Greenlight (since Version 1 in green went more dark teal than deeper green as I was hoping), the official Siege Exclusive battlepack was officially announced. So what to do with a now redundant base for a pointless custom?
Well how about something with no chance of Hasbro beating me to it again!
So here's SPRINGBLADE, a cheeky gender-swapped Springer custom!

This mold makes a surprisingly good-looking chopper.

It still annoys me that they haven't yet given the bodytype design an Aerial or Aquatic makeover, just a quick wheels replaced by fins/wings/thrusters and Hey, Presto!

I dig it. A question though, if you moved the combiner peg straight up for chopper mode, would the rotor fit in the middle spot, or is it too shallow?

It'll fit but for me that's a bit too near the rear for the main rotor placement for me, and it stands up a bit tall and proud of the central chopper body for my tastes.

Well, yes but it sounded a bit too like an instruction, and potentially a pervy one the way the ol' Internet goes to run with that as her name! :p

I duly noted the innocence of your remark, you clearly omitted any seedy follow up of a nudging or winking variety! Just trying to head off possible skeeviness from others when it came to the naming is why I didn't pun name her myself is all. ;)

Works shockingly well! Not a bad way to repurpose an old idea into a new one.
