That thing is me entering the customizing game with some of the Legends and a certain Voyager into characters that I have been wanting. Too little space. It's really on me, but it still means that I have less of a use for the upcoming releases.

There's still also the atrocious gimmick.

Oh, God, I just realized that the Dinobots are going to be released on the perfect timeline for blue Swoop to be the May Mayhem 2018 release

Though the leak gave a good representation of toys to come. I'm still hoping for several modern updates of toys to be revealed.

    Autobot Target Masters
    Autobot Powermasters
    Autobot double Target Masters
    Autobot and Decepticon Headmaster Jrs.
    Titan Scorpinok
    Legend Micromasters.

And yes, Novus... slapdash is one of those.... hehe.

Needing an updated Landfill, Sureshot, Hosehead, and Flywheels in my own life since I had them as a kid.

PotP as a book end my @$$. Hears hoping for Titan's Return 2.0 !

    This.

Dinos, terrorcons and pk are great, yes, but the rest was a little meh overall.

Actually the leaks is expanding my purchases in current line for custom fodder. The gimmick in voyager, deluxe and masters takes the figures down a notch from their Titans counterparts.

It's called the Prime Wars Trilogy, of which POTP is the third and final part.

That doesn't mean that Combiners and Headmasters can't come back in a future line, but this particular trilogy is coming to an end.

If Hasbro have plans up to 2021, they may well have a second trilogy in mind for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Can you imagine the potential for repaints/remolds for the dinos?

Grimlock to Goryu, Snarl to Doryu
Sludge into Paddles, Saur, or Rairyu!
It makes me excited, it gives the thrills,
All you can buy with a fistful of bills!
Slug into Kakuryu, Swoop into Yokuryu
Remolds include Dile Graphy and Gairyu
Tyrannitron and Noise if the line lingers
    ......
I AM THE SNORLAX! I SPEAK FOR THE FIGURES!

$587 unless Grapple and two seekers appear later. Unlikely. +$36 if the fems are brand new molds. Also unlikely.

I decided against rodimus due to scale issues but a black repaint sounds too good to pass up.

I'd love to see Evac and Mudflap done in Generations at the very least.

I've looked at some of the stuff, and tragically, there's a lot of Meh stuff, and the Pretender shells with the Prime mini figures are baffling, and the gimmick is a bad joke. Also, there goes any hopes of Titan Scorponok.

That being said, I've taken a look at some of the pictures, and a listing on another site, and there is some interesting stuff, like the fembots. Another thing that is interesting is the images of the Optimus figure. It's a bad picture, but I can tell enough that OP is not the Titans Return version, or the Ginrai version, due to differences in the shape of the cab and feet. If he is a new mold or just a retool remains to be seen.

I'm kind of disappoint. Hasbro puts out a line devoted to Headmasters, and we don't even get all the good ones. No Apeface, no Snapdragon, in spite of all the other triple changing voyagers, nor any Headmaster Jr., or Scorponok. I feel a little let down. I wish Hasbro had made each series last longer, and actually focused on the ORIGINAL characters that needed updates that already were combiners or Headmasters rather than shoehorning in stuff like Sky Lynx, who didn't need to be a combiner. But, maybe will fill in the gaps after PoTP. There's always that.

We've only seen the first 4 waves (2018), not the entire line. Many believe the new Primal will be a pretool for Apeface. Speculation is relatively high that the 2019 Titan will be Scorponok. Its far too early to be crying wolf. If the 2018 portion of this line is dedicated more to combiners, there's no reason the back half cant or wont fill in the holes in the headmaster line

We're probably not going to get any more of the Targetmasters. They may be reserving "Master" characters for Headmasters — considering the seeming lack of even Powermasters in this line.

This is only partly related to the POTP line itself, but I kind of wonder what Takara is going to end up doing with the female bot Combiner? They're G1 characters, but then again Takara's gone totally wacky before.

Most of all, however, I want to know where Alpha Bravo comes in. It's not a modern Combiner line without an Alpha Bravo recolor, Hasbro. It would be epic if he made a reappearance in a Nexus Prime box set.

If we get Seacon retool of the Horrorcons, I'm down. I'll also be paying attention to the Prime Masters. I haven't seen much else I'm excited for yet. If Sludge looks nice I may get him. Count me out of 200 dollar Voyager Combiners though.
